Tomas Svensson is a member of Tetra Pak’s Global Environment team and is based in Shanghai.

Tomas has 25 years background in sales and business development and then turned to Sustainability to integrate it into business.

His environmental roots are in the corporate Germany / EU of the early 1990s, but also in green NGO advocacy.

He has implemented sustainability management systems with leading European corporations in the building component industry and then worked with the commercial teams to make sustainability a competitive edge.

He’s been active in Asia for 10 years.

Tomas now supports Tetra Pak’s market companies in Asia and the Middle East on Recycling,  Packaging Waste Legislation and on gaining competitiveness through Tetra Pak’s Sustainable by Nature programme.
